Upon subscription to this service, the subscriber is given a "Master PIN" and a "User PIN" to access the "Conference Room". And that's it, all participants can call a SMAT number provide their "User PIN" and participate in the conference call without being at the same location lots of different people nationwide can now host meetings without the boundaries of logistics.
