The one number dial feature provides a platform under which the call to a SMAT number automatically selects an available number from up to 20 telephone numbers in the subscriber's call list. If no call connects, the system rolls the call over to a voice mail box.

How it works
The service is programmed to your SMAT number. Just like the name suggests, the caller will only need to dial the SMAT number just once and the call will be connected to any of the many numbers in the subscriber's call list.
This service eliminates the frustration felt when calls made to phone numbers of a firm or an individual are met with either the line being busy, unobtainable, no longer in use or out of order and the caller will have to keep redialing each number till a line is able to connect. With the One Number Dial, redialing each of the subscriber's stand alone numbers is eliminated.
